Koehn Painting began more than 35 years ago with a simple project and a family commitment to craftsmanship and care. While painting his own home, Leroy Koehn was offered a small exterior office project. From there, word-of-mouth referrals grew, leading Leroy and Susan Koehn to establish their own office and shop in Newton.
In 1995, the company completed its first large commercial project, marking an important milestone in its growth. Today, Koehn Painting remains a family-owned, multi-generational business, with second-generation leadership in place and Laura Waterson serving as General Manager since 2021. K5 Painting operates as a dedicated commercial division, allowing Koehn Painting Co. to stay focused on residential and service work and on the long-term relationships that matter most, from our family to yours.
